The original DIY DASHBOARD has been canceled effective January 14, 2023. We will not be charging anyone anymore. All DIY DASHBOARD subscribers can still access it until February 15, 2023.

A simple refresh of the app meaning logging out and logging back in should work. Click on the LEARN tab to see if you have full access to the classes. If you don't check under the profile tab if you are on the RIGHT account. If not, send an email to customersupport@herwaybeauty.com with screenshot.

You would have to unsubscribe and resubscribe using the instructions we provided for VIP.
